The Property Related Information page contains information relating to all local authority records, viewable in PublicAccess, that have been submitted against or linked to a specific property.
The PublicAccess module you are currently using will determine which records are displayed. For example, all related records will be displayed if you have accessed this page through the Property Search on the PublicAccess home page. Alternatively, accessing this page while using e.g. the Planning module, will filter on the returned records and only display Planning Applications associated with the property. If there are no records related to the module you are currently using then all the related records will be displayed.
You can select which type of records you would like to view using the provided pop down list. This is situated above the records being displayed. Selecting a type of record from this list will automatically filter the related records to only display that specific type of record. In addition, the pop down list will only display record types that are actually available for that property. For example, if only one type of record is available then the pop down list will be hidden and the description of that record type will be displayed and the records shown. If two or more types of record are available for the property then the pop down list will appear including 'All Related Records' option to display all of the related records available.
In common with the other record lists in PublicAccess, if there are more than 10 records available then navigation buttons will appear to let you navigate through the list of related records. This will include the ability to set the number of records to be returned in each page of the related records.
You can navigate to the detail view any of record being displayed by pressing the button in the Click to View column. Alternatively, you can return to the property detail view by clicking on the View Property Details link at the top of the page.
